You are to create an Income Statement in Excel to track you businesses expenses, revenue and profit.   This will be necessary to determine how much is going to charity and to each of the business owners.

To do this, first read pages 285-half way down page 290.

We will be having a panel of guests who will come in to review your businesses a week after our sale so you want to make sure everything is in tip top shape.
